Due to the ongoing heatwave, our own observations of the site and the Met Office Red Alert currently in place for southern England, we will be closing Ditton Park Academy early at 12:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week.

This decision has been made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students and staff during the extreme weather conditions.

Please ensure appropriate arrangements are in place for students to be collected or to travel home safely at the earlier finish time.

All planned sports fixtures on these days are also postponed.

Should there be any further changes to these arrangements we will let you know asap.
