SASH Education Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional professional to join the Senior Leadership Team at Ditton Park Academy.
This is an exciting time to be joining our academy as we continue our journey towards excellence in everything we do. This post is instrumental in achieving our vision over the coming years whilst responding to ever-changing educational issues. This post has become available due to the current post holder securing a Headteacher position. Therefore, it demonstrates it would be excellent preparation for your own Headship aspirations.
The individual must be able to provide an excellent level of education, put students first, raise standards and transform lives. Our relentless approach to school improvement is undertaken through close working relationships and ongoing challenge and support.
You must have high expectations for all, be an excellent teacher/communicator and be committed to supporting every student.
