Gym Membership

Staff have access to discounted gym membership from a wide range of gyms, including major club operators, local leisure centres, boot camps and independent gyms.  The average saving is 17% and rather than being tied to one gym you can find which which works best for you, either close to home or close to work.

Employee Assistance Scheme

SASH recognises the need for its staff to have access to confidential and impartial advice and staff can access support 24 hours a day with Care First.  This might be online, face to face or telephone support.

Cycle to Work Scheme

Staff can save up to 42% on the cost a new bike from more than 3,000 independent shops as well as Evans and Halfords. 

We also understand there are greater benefits to working at Ditton Park than those listed above; making the working environment a better place for staff, by giving teaching staff lower than normal contact time with students, providing a focussed CPD programme for staff which supports them in achieving their goals, and finishing early on a Friday.   This all takes place in modern purpose built premises.
